Silent Soul Band
Silent Soul is a teenage heavy metal band formed in July 2017, founded by lead guitarist / vocalist Mani Mashhoori and drummer Ahoora Askarieh. The band started it’s career with playing covers from 70s/80s heavy metal bands such as Metallica, Megadeth, Black sabbath, Iron Maiden, etc. Silent Soul has been through a lot of changes in it’s lineup since the beginning, causing them to cancel many shows throughout the last 3 years. But finally in summer 2021, bass player Kamyar Maktoobi joined the band, playing a huge role in the lineup since the band had never had a consistant bassist before. Silent Soul continued it’s journey with 3 members for almost 2 years, performing 2 shows in Tehran, and recording 5 music videos. Unlike most heavy metal bands, Silent Soul didn’t have a rhythm guitar player until May 2023, when Rambod Memarpour joined the band as a rhythm guitarist.
